Job Description: Machinist Location :- Taloja Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain manual and Semi-Automatic machines.(Slitter Rewinder,Sheeting machine,Guillotine machine) Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Measure and inspect finished product. Set up machines with the correct tools, fixtures, and materials for each job. Adjust machine settings and tool positions to maintain quality and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on machines and ensure proper functioning. Troubleshoot issues during the machining process and make necessary adjustments. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, following company safety standards. Record production data and complete job reports or logs as required. Work closely with supervisors, quality control, and maintenance teams. Qualifications and Experience: High School Diploma / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field. Experience as a machinist or machine operator (manual or Semi-Automatic). Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Familiarity with measuring instruments. Understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.
