You will be joining our team at Homesfy Realty Ltd as a Sourcing Manager based in Thane / KDMC / Navi Mumbai. As a Real Estate Sourcing Specialist, your role will involve establishing and activating new channel partners, overseeing their onboarding process, and conducting regular meetings to ensure continuous business flow. You will also be responsible for creating sales incentives and schemes for channel partners, conducting market survey analysis to understand market trends, and organizing ATL and BTL activities with partners to generate leads. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field, along with years of experience in real estate sales, sourcing, or closing roles. A proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate transactions, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the capacity to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
