Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections of the resort’s infrastructure, rooms, utilities, and equipment. Perform regular preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other systems. Handle guest complaints related to maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts). Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts. Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all technical and common areas. Monitor energy and water usage to promote efficient consumption and cost savings. Maintain detailed records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and service schedules. Assist in setting up or rearranging facilities for events and conferences when required. Adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies and ensure compliance with resort standards. Required Qualifications: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or relevant technical field. 2–4 years of relevant experience in maintenance, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry . Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing, and carpentry . Ability to read technical manuals and drawings. Familiarity with health and safety standards and compliance. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and flexible work hours. Work Schedule: Full-time, rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
