The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems and layouts for a variety of bus models, ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and functional standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop complete electrical layouts, wiring harnesses, and schematics for bus bodies based on customer and regulatory requirements. Create and maintain 2D/3D electrical drawings using AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar CAD tools. Selection and specification of electrical components such as lights, relays, switches, fuses, connectors, etc. Integrate electrical systems with HVAC, infotainment, power systems, and other subassemblies. Collaborate with mechanical, production, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of electrical systems. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical design issues during development and production. Maintain documentation including Bill of Materials (BOM), testing protocols, change notes, etc. Ensure compliance with CMVR, AIS, ISO, and other automotive standards.
