Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Part of R&D team - Electrical/Electronic Hardware. Candidate will be involved in research and development for off board AC and DC Chargers and would be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, debugging and maintaining large and efficient embedded systems. Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the design and overall quality of the hardware. Uphold hardware design standards and methodologies. Realization of complex system requirements to provide robust and reliable hardware solutions. Responsibility for the complete implementation of detailed technical items and an understanding/appreciation of system level items. Collaboration with other team members (including both hardware and software engineers) to agree system designs, interfaces and protocols, etc. Co-ordination for meeting the standard compliances and EMI/EMC testing with external agencies. Role & responsibilities Resource Design: Knowledge of J1939 and LIN (19.2) based communication protocol Ability to read and interpret a Vehicle Message Matrix document Experience using CAN/LIN traces for troubleshooting Able to simulate and manipulate messages for validation purposes Familiar with basic electrical concepts for wiring Ability to create a component and/or function test plans with appropriate test cases to validate system operation of Mechatronic features in development (DVP). Familiar with J1939 for wiring requirements Proficient on wiring creation, Able to select circuit IDs Able to calculate circuit gauges. Able to understand multiplexed logic Proficient on CHS, meaning that he knows how to perform the following processes: Schematic Generation following DTNA standards in Capital Logic Harness Generation on MOD XC Proficient on Chart and BOM creation Familiar with Deviations Familiar with IDD charting Able to create test cases to validate correct operation of Mechatronic features (DVP&R). Able to engage with different OEMs for wiring requirements Nice to have: Ability to update the global ECU parameters (domains/fragments) using ODX Studio. Ability to convert the supplier provided flash file into DT Ceasar files or SMR files using ODX Studio. Ability to release the ECU parameters, softwares etc., through EDLS Client. Ability to understand the feature needs and accomplish the feature using Flexible Logic Software for global ECUs. Ability to create CHEC parameters using CHEC/CHEC+ CHS Ability to review the Diagnostic Link log files to determine the root cause of the ECU faults and parameter related issues. Knowledge on Diagnose Portal of ECU cdd, cbf etc., Experience with NX Proficient in using DOORS Next and reviewing the component specifications, feature specs, requirements etc.

Identify and define architecture-level design blocks, and implement corresponding electronic circuits to meet required specifications and functionality. Create high-quality schematics and PCB layouts using industry-standard design tools such as Altium Designer , Mentor PADS , or equivalent. Design, develop, and test electronic circuits for a range of applications, including SMPS , PoE switches , IoT devices , and Ethernet switches (experience with Ethernet switch design is a strong advantage). Apply sound knowledge of fundamental electronic components such as MOSFETs , transistors , diodes , and logic gates in circuit design and analysis. Demonstrate hands-on experience in circuit development using microcontrollers like ESP32 , MSP430 , PIC , STM32 , and REALTEK 83 series. including circuit simulation and real-world testing. Integrate and interface various peripherals and modules such as HMI displays , temperature sensors , motion detectors , and cameras . Proficient in multiple communication protocols including UART , USART , I2C , CAN , Bluetooth , USB , Wi-Fi , and Ethernet . Possess in-depth knowledge and practical experience in EMI/EMC testing and compliance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to J unior engineers , supporting their design, testing, and development efforts. Operate standard lab testing equipment such as DSOs (Digital Storage Oscilloscopes) , digital multi meters , function generators , and other diagnostic tools.

"Managing end-to-end hardware development for embedded automotive-grade systems, encompassing circuit design, PCB implementation, and design modifications. Understanding of fundamental principles in 3D mechanical design software and body fitment. Handling end to end hardware development for IOT, that includes circuit design, PCB implementation, modifications in design for CE/FCC or other regulatory compliance, integration of hardware to cloud. Required Skills: Knowledge of Analog and Digital Circuits design, implementation, testing and validation Knowledge and experience of Multilayer complex PCB designs, Schematic, Gerber, Layout designs. Experience in working with peripherals like I2C, SPI, CAN, UART, SD, RS232 interface. QFN TYPE SMD Semiconductor soldering experience. Hardware failure debug skill, Communicate and calibrate hardware design with a software developer. BOM File Preparation for Assembly and Production Lines. Four layers PCB Design experience. Should have participated in the Robocon contest.

Role & responsibilities As an Application Engineer, you will be performing signal integrity and power Integrity simulations on printed circuit layouts, packages. Responsible in optimizing the impedance discontinuities and implementing the cutout in PCB layout. Simulation and analysis must be performed, to verify whether the existing layout structure meets the customer loss budget. Preform layout reviews and ensure the SI, PI recommendations were implemented. Preferred candidate profile B.E/B.sc Electronics only freshers
