As an education portal, your role will involve matching students with the best colleges in India and abroad, assisting in college research, exam prep tips, application processes, and providing insights on campus life. Your primary job responsibilities will include creating and maintaining server-side application logic, collaborating with front-end developers to integrate front-end elements with the server-side, writing high-quality, readable, and testable code, designing and optimizing applications for high performance, availability, and low latency, working on security and data protection, and incorporating data storage solutions, such as MySQL, MongoDB, etc. To excel in this role, you should have a good understanding of Node.js and common packages in the ecosystem, working knowledge of MongoDB and Python, a deep understanding of Javascript/HTML/CSS, experience with a front-end framework like React, Vue, or Angular (preferably ReactJS), familiarity with the AWS ecosystem, proficiency in ES6 syntax and unit testing in JavaScript, experience with Linux servers, ability to apply authorization and permission control between users, systems, and services, knowledge of integrating different data sources and databases to deliver optimal output to various client platforms, expertise in creating scalable Node.js applications, proficiency in databases and business process modeling through schema, understanding of automated unit tests and testing platforms, and knowledge of code versioning tools like Git.,
