The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize data integration solutions, create insightful dashboards, and ensure efficient data workflows to support business intelligence initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ETL & Data Integration: Design, develop, and deploy SSIS packages for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data workflows for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration issues. Power BI Development: Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports with DAX, Power Query, and advanced visualizations. Connect to multiple data sources (SQL Server, APIs, flat files) and implement data modeling best practices. Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with business requirements. Database Management: Maintain and optimize SQL Server databases , including indexing, partitioning, and performance tuning. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver scalable solutions. Automation & Documentation: Automate repetitive tasks using SQL Server Agent, PowerShell, or other scripting tools . Document technical specifications, data mappings, and deployment processes. Requirements Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in database development, ETL, and BI solutions . Strong expertise in SSIS, SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures . Hands-on experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling) . Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (star schema, slowly changing dimensions) . Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or other cloud data tools (a plus) . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
