Scheduler/ Receptionist - Front Desk

Full-Time | Monday to Saturday | 9-Hour Shift

Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Front Desk Scheduler/Receptionist to manage patient and doctor schedules at our busy and reputed physiotherapy and rehab centre. If you are confident with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, fluent in English, and can handle front desk responsibilities with patience and professionalism, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient appointments and scheduling for multiple doctors using Google sheet
• Handle Zoom and Google Meet setups for virtual consults and meetings as per IST especially for foreign clients/patients
• Attend and respond to calls and WhatsApp messages when required
• Assist in maintaining progress sheets and patient case files for doctors
• Track package renewals and follow-ups using logs
• Greet and guide patients with politeness, kindness, and clarity

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Google sheets
• Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet
• Good understanding and communication in English (spoken and written)
• Well-organized, presentable, and patient-focused
• Prior experience in medical or clinic front desk roles is a plus

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
