Liaise with recruitment agencies and other external partners as needed. Prepare and send offer letters and other documentation under the supervision of the HR team. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Generate recruitment-related reports and metrics for analysis. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role, preferably in non-IT domains. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
