You will be working as a CA ESP Administrator in Australia, specializing in batch administration support. Your primary responsibilities will include performing ESP agent installation and troubleshooting, collaborating with Architects, Vendors, and Operations team for patch implementation, and providing Batch Operations, Scheduling, and administration support using CA ESP knowledge. As a CA ESP Administrator, you will manage the ESP tool, provide platform support, and handle production support activities specifically for the Banking domain. Your tasks will involve access provisioning to ESP, day-to-day Scheduler Administration, and implementing ESP Platform fixes provided by the Vendor. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and investigating capacity and performance-related issues, implementing cost-effective and performance-enhancing changes, conducting root cause analysis for problem records, and ensuring permanent resolutions to prevent incident recurrence. Monitoring SNOW/Remedy queue for daily issues, engaging in Problem management activities, handling Incident management including managing P1/P2/P3/P4 outages and issues, and participating in change management activities to ensure production systems operate as expected post changes will also be part of your role. In terms of IT Skills & Experience, you are expected to have a strong knowledge of the CA ESP Batch Scheduling tool, experience in installing new ESP Agents and troubleshooting, expertise in scheduler client installation, and experience as a Level 3 Application Support Analyst.
