Comply to SBO, WTI, CAPA schedule and Near Miss recommendations. Carry out R1/R2. S1/S2 check as per the schedule. Daily check list. All the abnormalities to be recorded and plan rectification in next opportunities. To complete WHY WHY analysis and find the root causes for the breakdown. Comply to systems requirement, WCM, ISO, implementation at site. To identify and execute the improvement jobs. Spares & maintenance planning for routine, short term & for shut down.
