Job Description Responsibilities: Preparation of master project schedule at macro and micro levels; presentation of the same within various sub schedule categories such as tender schedule, individual work packages etc. Tracking the master schedule periodically and deriving reports for perusal of the project manager and other stakeholders. Interpreting trends by effectively judging the performance across all streams. Generate all reports related to schedule, resource deployment and costs. Work closely with all contractors to develop their respective schedules and ensuring that these are in line with the master schedule. Manages resource based Project planning and identifies resource deficiencies. Provides timely projections to design and procurement teams to obtain their respective deliverables. Optimises project schedule to include just-in-time project procurement. Co-ordinates with Finance, Marketing and CRM teams to incorporate customer/client deliverable milestones in Project Master Plan. Leads Project Progress Review Meetings, design review meetings Timely update and circulate minute of meetings. You will be responsible for conducting site surveys and plotting layouts based on drawings. Additionally, you will interpret plans and specifications, monitor architectural, structural, and finishing work to ensure compliance with drawings. You will oversee work progress, quality, and adherence to building codes and regulations. It will be your duty to prepare and monitor schedules, ensuring timely project completion. You will manage contractors, review bills as per tender BOQ, and coordinate with seniors, contractors, and other professionals to achieve project objectives. Daily progress reports must be prepared and sent, and cross-functional teams will be collaborated with for timely project delivery. As part of your responsibilities, you will monitor the quality of work in accordance with IS standards, inspect materials, and assess work quality for contract compliance. On-site testing of materials as per ITP and QAP will also fall under your purview. You should have knowledge of safety practices, permits, and norms, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, civil estimation, MS Project/Primavera, and QA/QC protocols. Understanding of cleanroom panels, cGMP practices, and various finishes in the pharma industry is essential. As a Project Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of EPC projects, particularly in water supply schemes. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans using Primavera P6 software. This will involve tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and critical path analysis. You will be tasked with continuously monitoring project schedules to identify potential delays, bottlenecks, or risks. In case of any issues, you will need to implement corrective actions to keep the project on track. Additionally, you will work closely with cost estimators and project managers to track project budgets, analyze cost variances, and ensure adherence to financial constraints. Generating regular progress reports and status updates for internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of your role. Utilizing project-specific dashboards and reporting tools, you will communicate project status effectively. Your expertise in risk management will be crucial as you identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and assist in risk assessments and contingency planning. Developing and maintaining project-specific dashboards for real-time project visibility will be crucial. Regular project status meetings, decision-making support, reviewing project data for performance trends, and collaboration with procurement teams will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project control and management in EPC projects, with a focus on water supply schemes. Proficiency in project scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6, is essential. Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as an understanding of water supply and infrastructure projects, will be beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field is required (Master's degree preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a team, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and strong organizational and time management skills are also necessary for success in this role.,

Forecasting Less focus on data analysis; more on coordination, collating program components from various teams. Project & Workflow Management (with Tools) Streamline and monitor operational workflows for efficiency. Plan and track development activities and deliverables. Use tools like Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, and Jira for scheduling, reporting, and issue tracking. Align project timelines with master schedules and update key stakeholders. Lead or participate in team meetings to communicate progress and resolve issues. • Meeting & Committee Coordination Plan and schedule committee meetings and facilitator training. Coordinate preparation and shipping of meeting materials. • Stakeholder Communication & Liaison Liaise with ETS staff, vendors, clients, and internal teams. Serve as a contact for business units, professional services, and operations. May support clients and candidates with program guidance and representation. • Schedule & Budget Tracking Prepare and monitor project timelines and deliverables (e.g., recordings, test forms, exports). Support budget development (cost and staffing estimates). Track project expenses and revise monthly forecasts. • Documentation & Quality Management Support documentation and tracking in the Quality Management System. Assist with test-related materials (reports, proposals, surveys). Oversee copyright activities for assigned groups. Preferred candidate profile Strong communication skills are essential.
