Role & responsibilities • Review and approval of Rate Analysis • Review and approval of BOQs and Cost Estimates • verification and approval of contractors running / interim / final bills • Approval of Contract Variations • Assist in resolving contractual disputes • Support in PPMS Preferred candidate profile Graduate Civil Engineer Masters degree in Engineering would be preferred. more than 10 years of experience in preparation of Rate Analysis, Schedule of Rates, BOQ, Cost Estimates etc. for Water Supply works (2 projects) and Sewerage Works (2 projects) Experience in external funded projects (ADB/ World bank/JICA)
