Responsible for handling all mechanical breakdowns, preventive, predictive, corrective & other maintenance activities of plant & utilities equipments. Exposure in Hydraulic and pneumatic system and it troubling shooting. Strong Experience for repair & maintenance of plastic Injection moulding machine, Extruder and vacuum forming machine. Assisting and guiding the maintenance team in carrying out the maintenance & repair work. Lead improvement projects for reduction of down time and cost saving. Proficient in 55, KAIZENS, SGA, CFT, POKA YOKE, Lean Manufacturing etc. To identify problems route cause analysis through 5 why analysis & fish bone diagram. Responsible for handling all machines like plastic injection moulding, power press, extruder, vacuum forming, shell cutting & drilling & Plastic Grinding Machines etc. Responsible for maintenance of air-compressor, cranes, cooling tower, ETP/STP plant etc. Spare parts management and procurement of material & maintain minimum stock of spares. Monitoring and controlling of yearly phased budget for Repair & Maintenance and utilities. Manage the entire maintenance department schedules & ensure proper documentation. Accurate & timely reporting to the management. Ensuring that the health & safety guidelines are followed properly. Ensure the standard data capturing method. Supervising & motivating the team members. Proper housekeeping of general premises by the team. Desired Candidate Profile 2-6 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Strong knowledge of CNC & Robotics machines, extrusion process control systems, injection molding machine operations, and utility management. Hands on experience in shift and manpower handling. We are hiring for MIS Executive- After Sales (Genset Background). It is on off roll opportunity. The primary responsibility will be to take care of the complaints/ escalations received from customers. Key Responsibilities Complaint Handling: a. Registration & circulation of complaints received from customer to respective dealerships b. Providing first level complaint resolution assistance to customer maintaining & updating customer complaint register c. Follow up for open complaints & running rental cases with service dealer & customers d. PM / CM tracker circulation to dealers & customers on daily basis e. PM compliance to service dealers daily basis f. Handling of complaints / escalations Scheduled Repairs / OSW Complaint: a. Follow Ups with dealers for OSW quotation submission along with Proper RCA b. Quotation submission to customers c. Follow up for OSW quotation approval with customer at Cluster / CMP Level. RJIO / RITL Portal: a. Proposal creation as soon as SME approval received b. BOQ creation on Complaint Closure c. Follow Up with Infra Leads for BOQ approval (1st Level Approval) d. Desired Candidate Profile Strong knowledge of budget monitoring, cost optimization techniques, schedule planning, TAT (Turnaround Time), MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), Preventive Maintenance principles. Key Responsibilities: Maintenance Oversight: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles. Ensure timely servicing and repair of vehicles to minimize downtime. Monitor and maintain maintenance records, logs, and compliance documentation. Team Management: Supervise and lead the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate daily workflow and allocate tasks based on priorities and skill sets. Cost Management: Control maintenance costs by optimizing resource use and negotiating with vendors and service providers. Monitor budgets and expenses, and report variances to senior management. Fleet Management Systems: Utilize fleet management software to track vehicle status, maintenance history, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all fleet vehicles comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Implement and enforce safety standards and protocols for fleet operations. Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external service providers, parts suppliers, and leasing companies. Source high-quality parts and services at the best value. Reporting: Provide regular reports on fleet performance, maintenance status, and KPIs to senior leadership. Recommend strategies for fleet optimization and cost reduction. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field. Minimum of 20-30 years of experience in fleet maintenance, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes. Proficiency in fleet management systems and maintenance tracking software. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Budgeting and cost control experience. Preferred Qualities: Experience in managing a large and diverse fleet (trucks, vans, heavy equipment, etc.).
