As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our Experience Centre, delivering exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our premium collections, and helping them find furniture pieces that suit their lifestyle and aesthetic. Your goal is to create a memorable, high-touch shopping experience that reflects the luxury of our brand. Skills & Experience Proven retail sales experience, preferably in high-end furniture, fashion, or luxury goods. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong sense of style, design, and aesthetic appreciation. Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences. Confident, proactive, and self-motivated. Well-groomed and presentable to reflect the brand’s premium image. Basic knowledge of POS systems and CRM platforms is an advantage. Key Responsibilities Greet clients warmly and provide personalised, expert guidance through the showroom. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and style. Drive sales by presenting product benefits, demonstrating features, and upselling accessories. Assist in visual merchandising and ensure the showroom maintains a pristine, luxury appearance. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our collections, materials, design stories, and craftsmanship. Manage sales transactions and follow up on leads and client enquiries. Collaborate with the design and logistics team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Keep accurate client records and contribute to CRM updates and reports.
