As the Head of Business Development & Sales for Supply Chain Finance at Invoyz Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd., you will play a key role in driving the growth of our SCF products and allied services to distributors and corporate enterprises with a minimum balance sheet size of 50 crores. We are specifically looking for a candidate with over 12 years of experience in "Hunting" big distributors and anchors for Supply Chain Finance and Business Finance products, exclusively from the SCF domain with Business Development responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include presenting and promoting our business loan and SCF products and services to distributors and corporates, emphasizing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages. You will be expected to prospect and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals. Conducting thorough needs assessments with potential clients to understand their financing requirements and business goals will be essential. Customizing financial solutions to meet the specific needs of clients, including term loans, lines of credit, equipment financing, and other business lending products, will be a key aspect of your role. You will collaborate closely with internal and 3rd party lending partners to develop customized finance solutions that meet clients" specific requirements. Negotiating loan terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually acceptable agreements while adhering to company policies will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals is crucial. Keeping yourself informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments to identify growth opportunities is expected. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company will be a key performance indicator for this role. Requirements for this position include a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales within the financial services sector, with a focus on supply chain finance, invoice financing, or related products is necessary. A strong understanding of supply chain finance principles and how they impact businesses" financial health is crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and persuasively. You should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals effectively is a must. You will be reporting to Ritesh Agarwal, CEO of Invoyz Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
