In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing customer engagement, managing inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth order process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, shipping, and delivery updates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions. Support the execution of online marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution of issues or complaints. Requirements: Graduate with strong communication skills in English and Hindi .
