As a Mobile Device Management Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include unlocking mobile devices and performing remote wipes, resetting passwords on mobile devices using Microsoft Intune, managing user provisioning and access, and handling onboarding and offboarding of mobile devices. You will also be responsible for mobile device management support, profile management, and application deployment/assignment through Microsoft Intune MDM. In addition, you will manage company resource access via Microsoft Intune MDM, handle user deletions from AAD, and configure LOB apps and store apps using Microsoft Intune. You will upload store apps, deploy LOB apps and store apps via Microsoft Intune, monitor app deployment status, and manage Android and Windows compliance policies via Microsoft Intune. You will also be responsible for software update scheduling via Microsoft Intune policies. To excel in this role, you should have a solid understanding of core concepts of SCCM, knowledge of Active Directory or Azure AD, roles, permissions, and group policy. You should be able to explain different types of enrollments in iOS, Android, or Windows devices and differentiate between Azure AD join, Azure AD registered, and Hybrid Azure AD join. Familiarity with Intune terminologies like Conditional Access, SCEP, Supervised Mode, User Affinity Enrollment, and without user affinity enrollment is essential. You will work on remotely managed devices, create compliance rules for users and devices, control device features and settings, ensure devices and data protection, implement app protection policies, manage Hybrid Autopilot, resolve policy conflicts, and troubleshoot policy-related issues.
