You are an experienced Adobe Solution Architect with 8+ years of total experience and 7+ years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for blending deep Adobe Experience Cloud expertise with visionary thinking to deliver transformative solutions. You should have a strong foundation in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), with hands-on experience across Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations. Your main responsibilities include analyzing functional and non-functional business requirements to design scalable solutions using Adobe Experience Cloud tools, driving enterprise architecture integrating AEM with broader Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions, delivering solution blueprints aligned to clients" digital transformation goals, leading estimation exercises and project planning, owning delivery and execution of Adobe solutions, defining best practices for DevOps and AEM configuration, engaging in pre-sales activities and stakeholder presentations, maintaining high standards of code quality and system administration, conducting technical interviews, and supporting Adobe practice competency building within the organization. You must possess expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud tools, including AEM features like Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, OSGi, custom workflows, AEM Assets, authentication & authorization methods, and AEM upgrades. Additionally, you should have experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud with at least one real-time implementation in AJO, CJA, or AEP, integration of Adobe capabilities with eCommerce and personalization engines, and enterprise architecture design for high availability and performance. Your skill set should also include knowledge of DevOps tools like Maven, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and Git, as well as experience with multi-tier architecture design, cloud platforms, programming languages like Java/J2EE, UI frameworks like React and Angular, and agile methodologies. Nice-to-have skills include experience with AEM Forms, AEM-Campaign, Smart Tagging, and Adobe Media Optimizer.
