About The Role Manage and configure CUCM, CUBE, Voice gateways (SIP, H.323, MGCP), and protocols (SCCP, MGCP, H.323, SIP). Experience in migration phones from CUCM, to Webex phones. Hands on experience in Cisco jabber Experience in managing 3rd party phones in CUCM and Webex Work with Unity Connection, including configuring call handlers. Perform expert troubleshooting in networking (CUCM, UCCX, and Voice routing areas) down to packet-level analysis. Who we are This team is responsible for Platform and software validation for the entire product portfolio. They will develop automation Framework for the entire product portfolio. Team will develop and deliver customer documentation and training solutions.
