Job Title: EMM Intune Architect (SOT Mobile Device Experience) Location: PAN India Experience: 8+ years in Enterprise Mobility Management Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced EMM Intune Architect with hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune and SOTI MobiControl to design, implement, and manage enterprise mobility solutions. The ideal candidate should be well-versed with mobile device lifecycle management, policy enforcement, security, and application distribution using MDM/MAM tools. Key Responsibilities: Architect and implement scalable solutions using Microsoft Intune for MDM (Mobile Device Management) and MAM (Mobile Application Management). Integrate SOTI MobiControl to support non-Windows or rugged devices (Android/iOS). Create and manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, and device enrollment processes. Design and deploy conditional access and role-based access control strategies. Implement Zero Touch Enrollment (ZTE), Apple DEP, Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME), etc. Lead the migration from legacy MDM platforms to Intune-based UEM strategy. Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure (AAD, SCCM, Exchange, etc.). Troubleshoot Intune/SOTI-related issues and provide L3/L4 level support. Prepare HLDs, LLDs, and implementation plans aligned with Wipro s project standards. Ensure security compliance across all managed mobile devices. Required Skills: Strong architecture and hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) . Experience with SOTI MobiControl for rugged or specialized mobile devices. Solid understanding of MDM/MAM, compliance policies, VPN, Wi-Fi, certificates, and security baselines. Familiarity with Azure Active Directory , Azure AD Conditional Access , AutoPilot , Apple Business Manager , and Android Enterprise . Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) for automation and reporting tasks. Experience working with enterprise environments, especially in BFSI or large IT clients. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Certifications (MS-101, MD-102, SC-300) or equivalent. Experience with co-management scenarios (Intune + SCCM). Soft Skills: Strong communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. Proven track record in large-scale Intune/SOTI deployments.
