SCCM Intune Administrator - L3

Location : Hyderabad

Mode : Hybrid

Skillset:

  • SCCM / MECM

  • Scripting (PowerShell)

  • Intune

  • Troubleshooting knowledge related to the above tools W10, W11

Role and Responsibilities

  • Provide level 3 technical support for SCCM / Intune

  • Knowledge on WSUS, Windows Updates , task sequence

  • Deployments via SCCM / Intune

  • Strong knowledge on configuration of Intune policies / profiles

  • Strong knowledge on windows autopilot

  • Strong scripting knowledge & automation.

  • Strong troubleshooting knowledge with problem oriented mindset.

  • preferably to have background in managing Desktops, windows devices work close with other technical teams for incident/problems
