SCCM Administrator(L2)

As a Senior Systems Admin, your role will involve administering, optimizing, and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the SCCM environment and troubleshoot any issues that may arise. You should have a profound experience with SCCM and a strong understanding of server and workstation patching, Maintenance Windows, and schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting Task Sequence updates, running queries and reports against the SCCM database, and providing support for Windows 11/Operating System deployment planning and execution. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, optimize, and maintain the SCCM infrastructure - Understand and manage server and workstation patching, Maintenance Windows, and schedules - Maintain and troubleshoot Task Sequence updates - Run queries and reports against SCCM database - Support Windows 11/Operating System deployment planning and execution - Communicate effectively with customers, technical experts, and End User Services - Track status and provide reports - Adhere to ITIL processes such as Incident-, Problem-, Change- and Service Continuity management Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience in SCCM administration - Strong knowledge or experience in Intune - Good communication skills are mandatory Please note: The location of the job is in Bangalore with a hybrid work model, and the notice period required is a minimum of 15 days to 1 month.,
