Job Description

As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for administering, optimizing, and maintaining the SCCM infrastructure. You should have a profound experience with SCCM and good knowledge of Server and workstation patching, Maintenance Windows, and schedules. It is essential to maintain and troubleshoot Task Sequence updates and run queries and reports against the SCCM database. Your role will involve supporting Windows 11/Operating System deployment planning and execution, as well as communicating effectively with customers, technical experts, and End User Services. You will be expected to track statuses and generate reports while adhering to ITIL processes such as Incident-, Problem-, Change- and Service Continuity management. The ideal candidate for this position should have 4 to 6 years of experience in SCCM administration, with a strong emphasis on SCCM and some knowledge or experience in Intune. Good communication skills are mandatory for this role. The location for this position is in Bangalore (Hybrid) with a notice period of minimum 15 days to 1 month.,
