Job Description

JD:

CCM Administration:

Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure (Primary Site, Distribution Points, Management Points).
Manage SCCM hierarchy, collections, boundaries, and site systems.
Patch Management:
Deploy Microsoft and third-party patches using SCCM.
Monitor compliance and generate patch reports.
Software Deployment:
Package and deploy applications, updates, and operating systems.
Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment (Windows 10/11).
Endpoint Management:
Manage client health, troubleshoot SCCM client issues.
Implement compliance baselines and configuration items.
Reporting & Documentation:
Generate custom reports using SCCM and SQL queries.
Maintain documentation for SCCM processes and configurations.
Integration & Security:
Integrate SCCM with WSUS, Active Directory, and Intune (if applicable).
Ensure security compliance and follow best practices.
