Key Responsibilities: Develop and create visual designs for various mediums, including websites, social media, newsletters, editorial/print, advertising, packaging and branding. Design social media graphics and campaign visuals that align with the brand's tone and content strategy. Create wireframes, sketches, and prototypes in Figma or similar tools for web and digital projects. Conceptualise and design email newsletters that are visually engaging and on-brand. Collaborate with clients, creative directors, and other designers to understand design objectives and deliver effective solutions. Create illustrations, editorial layouts, and supporting graphics that elevate brand storytelling and user engagement. Select typography, colour palettes, and design elements that align with brand identity and enhance communication. Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design outputs. Stay current with design trends, digital tools, and industry best practices to improve quality and creativity continually. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Strong understanding of layouts, design principles, typography, and branding across both print and digital media. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other relevant design tools. Experience in creating a diverse range of assets, including social media creatives, packaging, newsletters, and basic web layouts. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai for a Social Media Intern / Junior Executive. The intern will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, assisting in digital marketing campaigns, and supporting overall marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include developing and scheduling posts, engaging with our audience, conducting market research, and analyzing social media metrics. Some work from home is acceptable as per the company's hybrid work policy. What You’ll Do • Spot trends early and adapt them to fit our brand voice. • Assist with shoots: from set-up to capturing behind-the-scenes magic. • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) with creativity and speed. • Manage day-to-day posting and community engagement. • Track performance, report insights, and suggest ways to improve reach and engagement.
