As a quick learner who thrives in a team environment and can also excel independently, you will play a crucial role during this period. You must be available to work during 01/09/25 - 14/09/25 and be able to stand for extended periods while conducting counts. About The Role: Assisting the Spotlight team during the annual stocktake, your responsibilities will include: - Scanning products independently for recording stocktake results - Conducting audits and counting products for quality control purposes - Ensuring store presentation standards are maintained before and after counts - Collaborating effectively with your supervisor and team members About You: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualities: - Ability to follow directions accurately - Work at a fast and efficient pace - Strong numeracy and technological skills - Effective communication skills with internal teams and customers Prior to the counting shifts, you will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to apply your learning daily on the dynamic shop floor. While a can-do attitude is crucial, candidates with prior retail or customer service experience will have an added advantage. This role is a temporary contract; however, there is potential for ongoing employment for select candidates.
