What do we expect from a PPC Specialist/Media Buyer? 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads. Experience with keyword research, campaign creation, and optimization strategies. Strong understanding of PPC performance metrics and KPIs. Ability to work with data analytics tools and create reports that provide actionable insights. Experience working across different industries, adapting strategies to suit varied business needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Google Ads certification (or other relevant certifications) is a plus. Experience with bid management tools (e.g., SEMrush, WordStream, or similar). Familiarity with conversion tracking and landing page optimization. Confident written and spoken English – scandiweb operates internationally with clients and colleagues, therefore English is our core language. These skills and experiences will be considered as bonuses, but are not required: B2B advertising experience is highly preferred but not required. Agency experience is a plus, but not required. What are the responsibilities of a PPC Specialist/Media Buyer? Develop, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other search platforms. Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Analyze performance data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization. Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring optimal spending and ROI for each campaign. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies. Keep up to date with the latest PPC trends, tools, and best practices. Work closely with clients to understand their goals and develop tailored PPC strategies to meet those goals. Provide detailed reporting on campaign performance and strategic recommendations for growth.
