Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Manager - Sales & Technical Services. The role involves overseeing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise for paper machinery products and solutions. Responsibilities include leading sales, managing projects and customer accounts, conducting product presentations, assisting in after-sales service, and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their technical and business requirements. Qualifications Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills, with experience in B2B sales and client handling Technical knowledge and expertise in paper machinery, including product presentations and after-sales services Project Management and organizational skills, including account management and coordination between clients and internal teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities Ability to travel domestically as required Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Paper Technology, or a related field is preferred 5 to 10 year's experiencein the paper industry is a strong advantage
