As a Senior Service Management Consultant at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to utilize your 9-10 years of service management experience to make a significant impact. With your ITIL v3 certification, including foundation as a minimum and preferably manager or expert level, you will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication with clients and internal team members. Your key responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing ITIL aligned processes while demonstrating strong verbal and writing skills. You will be proficient in using service management tools such as BMC's IT Service Management (ITSM, Remedy) and possess excellent time management skills to meet agreed targets. In this role, your strong analytical skills will be essential for critically evaluating information from various sources, reconciling conflicts, and decomposing high-level information into details. Your facilitation skills will enable you to lead requirements gathering workshops and provide training to both clients and internal team members. Additionally, your interpersonal skills will be invaluable in negotiating priorities and resolving conflicts among project stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to work on Incident, MIM, Service Request, Problem, Change management, and SLA reporting, either as a team member, lead, or independently. Furthermore, your knowledge and experience in CMDB, Asset Management, and SCAM will be considered secondary skills that complement your primary responsibilities.
