What We’re Looking For: Technology Stack ● Backend Frameworks: ○ Nest.js, Python ● Frontend Stack: ○ MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) ● Databases & Data Management: ○ MongoDB, SQL, BigQuery ● Cloud Infrastructure & Tools: ○ GCP, Azure, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub ● AI/ML Integration: ○ Agent-based workflows, Computer Vision, Clustering Models Requirements ● Experience: ○ 2-3 years of experience in backend development, with hands-on expertise in Nest.js, Python, and building scalable systems. ○ Prior experience working in a service-based firm where you contributed to large-scale projects . ○ Demonstrated experience in building and scaling products in a 0-1 product company, taking responsibility for shaping the product's early-stage architecture and development. ● Skills: ○ Proficiency in backend technologies and cloud platforms such as GCP and Azure. ○ Experience working with Airbyte, BigQuery, and MongoDB. ○ Strong understanding of API design and integration for both internal and external systems. ○ Comfortable working with complex machine learning models, particularly in AI workflows . ○ Hands-on e xperience with the MERN stack , especially React and Node.js Desirable Experience: ○ Previous experience working on analytics-heavy or data-driven products. ○ Experience with real-time data processing and streaming technologies. ○ Prior startup experience and a product ownership mindset are a big plus. ● Soft Skills: ○ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. ○ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. ○ Ability to mentor and lead a team, promoting a culture of growth and knowledge-sharing.
