Regular audits and inspections of manufacturing processes will be conducted to identify and address potential quality issues. Safety and environmental compliance are paramount, and you will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and environmental standards. Implementing safety protocols and overseeing training programs for plant personnel is also part of the role. Collaboration with production teams is required to scale up manufacturing processes from laboratory to full-scale production. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the scaling-up process is crucial. Process monitoring and control are vital, involving the implementation of monitoring systems to track key process parameters and identify deviations. Developing and implementing control strategies to maintain process stability and consistency is also part of the role. Maintaining detailed documentation of processes, formulations, and production activities is necessary. Regular reports on process performance, yield, and any deviations from set standards need to be prepared. Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams, including research and development, quality assurance, and production, are essential. Communicating effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders is also a key aspect of the role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
