As a PAS-X Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support for MES PAS-X Application. With 5-8 years of experience in this field, you will be expected to handle L4 support for PAS-X Application, perform L3 bug fixes using advanced troubleshooting skills, and provide MES PAS-X L1/L2 Support. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving L2 integration issues with systems such as SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales, and Printers. In addition to support tasks, you will be involved in Incident, Service Request, and Knowledge Management. You will work on Master Batch Record Design, Batch Execution Record, Shop Floor Order, Manufacturing Order, User Access Management, Printer & Terminal Profile Configuration, and Equipment Master Data. Your expertise in L2 Integration with systems like SAP, KP Info, SCADA, OSI PI, Scales, and Printers will be crucial for the role. Furthermore, you will be dealing with Application Server Architecture, Rights Management, Control Data, Change and Problem Management, and running update SQL queries in the database. Your responsibilities will also include Application Installation and Hot Fix Installation.
