Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Sales Associate who can independently handle B2B sales calls, manage pipelines, and close deals for our software and marketing services. The candidate will be responsible for lead qualification, pitching our services, building client relationships, and achieving monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email follow-ups. Pitch software development, digital marketing, and consulting services to potential clients (India & International). Build and maintain a strong client pipeline in CRM tools. Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets. Understand client requirements, create proposals, and coordinate with the delivery team. Maintain consistent communication and relationship management with leads and clients. Represent ScaleCode Solutions professionally in all client interactions. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 0 2 years of experience in B2B Sales / Software Sales / IT or Digital Marketing Sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets. Strong understanding of SaaS, Web Development, and Marketing Solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Comfortable conducting video calls and demos with international clients. Additional Preferred Skills Knowledge of cold calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound prospecting. Familiarity with proposal writing, quotations, and RFP processes.
