Role Overview We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can design premium, high-quality visuals for both Scale Sense’s internal brand as well as our diverse set of clients . From social media creatives to pitch decks, from branding assets to campaign graphics, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every design reflects excellence, clarity, and a premium aesthetic . Key Responsibilities Create all graphics for Scale Sense (internal brand) including campaigns, social media, presentations, case studies, and marketing assets. Design client-facing deliverables : social media creatives, ad campaigns, brochures, infographics, and more. Develop elite 3D, semi-realistic, and premium visuals aligned with Scale Sense’s brand system. Collaborate with content, strategy, and digital teams to bring ideas to life visually. Ensure design consistency while tailoring creatives to different brand identities. Keep up with global design trends, tools, and aesthetics to deliver standout work. Requirements Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2–5 years of agency/brand experience with high-end design work . Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Knowledge of 3D tools (Blender, Cinema4D, etc.) is a big plus. Strong portfolio demonstrating premium, clean, and elite visuals . Ability to handle multiple projects, maintain timelines, and deliver consistently.
