You are a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who will be part of our product team. Your primary responsibility will be designing user-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and highly functional user interfaces for mobile applications and web-based platforms. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our products and influence user satisfaction and retention. You will partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to craft next-gen UX/UI solutions by aligning user needs with technical feasibility. Conducting comprehensive user research, behavioral studies, and gap analysis will be crucial in informing design strategy and uncovering pain points. Your design efforts should align with a broad spectrum of design thinking principles, from empathy mapping to ideation and iterative prototyping. Designing interactive wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and user flows that reflect user intent and product purpose will be a key aspect of your role. You will integrate multiple functional areas such as backend logic, APIs, and data visualization into cohesive, intuitive UI structures. Collaborating closely with developers is essential to ensure pixel-perfect, backend-aligned implementations that enhance UX. Creating responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces for mobile and web platforms is critical. Continuously collecting feedback and analyzing usage patterns to optimize the product experience proactively will be part of your routine. Staying updated on AI-assisted design, interaction trends, and user behavior models is also expected from you. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in SaaS environments. You must demonstrate a proven ability to identify UX gaps, run structured usability tests, and translate insights into actionable improvements. Hands-on proficiency with design platforms like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other collaborative tools is necessary. Experience in integrating multiple product functions into unified user interfaces is highly valued. A strong grasp of user-centered design, design psychology, and interaction models will be beneficial. A working understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and the ability to align design with frontend and backend logic is required. Excellent communication skills are essential to translate complex concepts into clean, usable design.,
