The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of total experience , including a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and team leadership . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing BI solutions, as well as leading a team of BI professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reports. Gather and understand business requirements and translate them into BI solutions. Create and maintain data models, dataflows, and DAX queries. Optimize performance of Power BI solutions for scalability and efficiency. Work closely with data engineers and analysts to integrate various data sources. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior Power BI developers. Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Work with stakeholders across departments to deliver actionable insights. Stay updated on the latest Power BI features, tools, and best practices.
