Identify opportunities for improving the testing process and contribute to the continuous improvement of QA : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a mix of manual and Automation testing. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc. Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java for automation.
