Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess technology trends, and provide insights that drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Your role will also include mentoring junior team members and facilitating knowledge sharing to enhance the overall skill set of the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance architectural capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration. - Experience with SAP Monitoring & Tools, SAP HANA DB Administration. - Strong understanding of system performance tuning and optimization. - Familiarity with cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Experience in implementing security best practices in technology architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
