Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Scaffolding Assurance Program across the project site. Supervise all scaffold erections, dismantling, and modification activities at the site. Educate the BP Scaffolding team on AIL Scaffolding guidelines through training sessions. Inspect and certify scaffolding materials used by BP at the site. Guide the BP team on scaffold erection, correction, and necessary modifications. Conduct initial and weekly inspections for scaffolding certification, ensuring compliance with guidelines. Maintain detailed records of all scaffolds erected across Zone-4. Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near-miss cases related to scaffolding; discuss with site teams and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Promote scaffolding safety awareness through safety meetings, on-site job training, and toolbox talks. Implement AIL safety scaffolding guidelines and safe work methods at the workplace. Ensure good housekeeping and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) compliance during scaffold erection and dismantling. Conduct scaffolding audits with relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance every quarter. Maintain scaffolding registers and tag systems for each scaffold regularly. Working Hours: 9 hours shift including 1-hour lunch break. General shift timing. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience as a scaffolding supervisor in chemical industry, petroleum refineries, petrochemical plants, hydrocarbon fertilizers, hydrocarbon industry, or process industry.
