Skills Requirement- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of control logics, SCADA, and relevant software tools. Programming Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming languages like CSF/FBD, Visual Basic, C,C++. Software Knowledge: Familiarity with HMI (Human-Machine Interface) systems, SCADA systems, and other relevant software. JOB RESPONSABILITIES AND TASKS Designing and Developing Control Systems: Working from initial concepts, develop control systems that meet specific project requirements, automation and process optimization. Software Development : Implementing software for control systems, development of SCADA system. Design Plant Station BUS & Network Designing of Plan Bus based on IEC 60870-5-104/IEC 61850 and associated network component. Testing and Quality Assurance: Developing and executing testing protocols, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. System Maintenance and Optimization: Maintaining existing control systems, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Communication with different third party component: Desing, Configuration, Development and implement of third party communication on IEC 60870/IEC 61850/MODBUS etc.. Documentation: Preparing and releasing technical documentation for control systems, including HMI specifications, logic flow diagrams, and alarm/trip matrices. Problem-Solving and Analysis: Analyzing system behavior, identifying potential issues, and developing solutions to ensure optimal performance. Job Description Preparation of Protection SLDs, Trip matrix, interlocking logics etc. as per customer specification/requirements. Design of Control & Protection Panels for all voltage levels system, should have knowledge of various bus arrangements. Control and protection schematic preparation for various power system equipment i.e. Generator, Line, Transformer, Reactor, Busbar etc. Solid understanding of substation Automation System and SCADA applications, Communication protocols and integration of IEDs from different Vendors like Siemens, GE, ALSTOM Preparation of FAT/SAT/GTP/TTR/FDS/HEAT LOAD documents. Preparation of CRP interfacing drawings. Preparation of various types of System Architecture based on system requirements. Knowledge on different serial and ethernet based protocol used in Substation Automation System. Should have knowledge on Master Slave and client server philosophy, IEC61850 protocol and Computer networking. Should have knowledge of networking topologies (Ring, HSR, PRP etc.) Discussion with customer for drawing approval/resolution of query. Initiating loadings to factory for material procurement, fabrication and wiring of the systems under scope. Support to Sales/testing/commissioning team. Preparation and validation of BOM, GA and schematics. Eligibility criteria / Skill Sets B.Tech /B.E in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. 6-8 years of relevant experience. Has good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skill. Fast learner and able to work independently or as a team player. Able to work under minimum or less supervision. Shall have good knowledge of computers, especially Excel, Word, Power point etc. E Base software knowledge will be added advantage.

Experience/Profile Minimum 8 to 10 years of overall working experience in the field of Substation Automation Systems, Power management System (PMS), Loadshedding and SCADA applications. 3+ years in Technical pre-sales/design activities shall be preferred. Hands-on experience with the below shall be preferred ? PMSABB/Siemens/GE ? RTUABB/Siemens/GE/Synergy ? SCADAWINCC/Siemens and/or IFIX/GE ? SASSiemens PAS, GE, ABB or equivalent systems Must have experience in building technical system architectures required for Substation Automation system/Data Centers / Control Centers / Integrated Command Centre Must have Relevant experience in working with System Integrators. Must have understanding of security solutions and required configuration of firewalls, NMS systems and Web systems Hands on experience and knowledge on working if different HW configurations of Data Centers / real-time Control Center setups including storage, servers, networking and security equipments Knowledge and know-how of IoT solutions, Cloud and Big Data will be a desired skillset. Background of handling Utilities / Industry / Infrastructure end-customer is desired Soft Skills Excellent Communication (Both written & verbal) & Inter-personal Skills Should be an accomplished presenter of Sales and/or Technical material to small / large audiences.
