Job Description : Estimator II-Terminal Automation, Pipeline & City Gas Distriution Responsibility: Support business by preparing techno-commercial proposal covering following aspects as minimum Technical Proposal preparation as per customer requirement Positioning correct / Minimum compliant technical solution Applying correct, optimized & competitive costs Applying correct Taxation & duties Meeting customer time lines of bid submission Attend Techincal meetings,interacting with customer and conducting site survey Interaction with various vendors for all third parties bought item/s offer & technical evaluation Interacting with internal engineering, operation, sourcing, product marketing team for required support making bid complete. Following all Honeywell processes & tools Risk & opportunity identification in a proposal Timely handing over the received order to operations Maintianig compliance as per Honewyell norms Provide inputs for continuous improvement of systems and processes to support accurate proposals and productivity Role Requirements Understanding of process industry (e.g. TAS workflow, Pipeline & City gas distribution etc.) is must Knowledge of hazardous area, classifications, intrinsical safety, SIL, applicable Codes & IEC standards. Sound knowledge of Tank Farm & Gantry automation, LRC, Erection H/w, General purpose PLC, RTU, SCADA, F&G, Safety & Security is mandatory. Knowledge on estimating erection hardware & understanding the hook up drawings, reading P&ID Understanding of taxes and duties is added advantage Good Analytical skills and ability Able to multitask and manage priorities. Roles and Responsibilities: • Vertical sales leader for infra. Develop the business for infra vertical for Pan India. Special focus shall be on metro, tunnel, data centre. • Consultative engagements will be targeted towards both external customers and internal stakeholders in direct support of customer's needs. • Help Honeywell teams understand and develop effective product messaging, end user product requirements and product value propositions. • Help customers confidently understand Solution/product capabilities, product value and integration within customer workflows and in direct support of customers strategic initiatives. • Established connect with customer and consultant for infra vertical specially for Metro, Tunnel, Data centre. • Work with channel partner and develop them for execution of the order • Drive specification of PLC and SCADA with customer and consultant. • Develop the healthy pipeline to meet the AOP and year year over growth • Collaborate with channel sales team and regional sales team to close the order. • Charting out a clear path for achieving the 2X business growth for the Western Region in the next 3 years. Key Experience & Capabilities: • Have experience in the following Technologies & Processes: DCS, SCADA, PLC, Ethernet Networking, Cyber Security • Have industry domain knowledge and expertise around smart city, metro, data centre. • Must also have proven commercial and Legal awareness and acumen. • Clear Understanding of the vertical. • Overall 15+ Years' Experience with minimum 3-4 years of experience in a direct customer-facing role (Sales & Marketing) in the infra industry and should have handled large accounts directly. • Experience in developing strategic offering roadmap & execution and • Experience in Collaborating with cross functional teams (Technology, Design, Engineering, Sales, etc.).
