Strong hands-on expertise in Siemens (S7) and Beckhoff for press control and automation. Solid experience in NC cushion setup , adjustment, and troubleshooting. Direct involvement in commissioning or maintaining JIER press lines (servo or mechanical) is a strong advantage . Skilled in interpreting electrical schematics, safety logic diagrams, and press system architecture. Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional technical teams. Willing to travel domestically and internationally for extended site support during commissioning phases. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with robotic press automation , servo transfer rails, or progressive die setups. Experience with other high-tonnage press OEMs (e.g., Schuler, AIDA, Komatsu, Fagor). Understanding of SCADA integration, OPC-UA , and data logging for predictive maintenance. TPM, Lean Six Sigma, or maintenance reliability certifications are a plus. Work Environment: Field-intensive role during installation and commissioning with regular work on press shop floors.
