The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing solar power systems, ensuring high plant uptime and energy output. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and preventive maintenance of solar PV plants (ground-mounted and rooftop). Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical faults in inverters, modules, and other balance-of-system components. Monitor system performance using SCADA or remote monitoring systems and respond to alarms or alerts. Conduct IR thermography, IV curve testing, and other diagnostic tests.
