Maintain and Track the Projects on Daily basis Manhour calculation and resource planning based on the project requirement Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the companys standards. Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes. Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification. Responsible for coordination for timesheet, billing and vendor management Responsible for planning and assigning the right people to the right projects at the right time Act as the key liaison across all IT functional teams and outside partners and facilitates in identifying right resource for the development and operation IT Product procurements / Renewals Qualification Details: A minimum of Eight years experience in the industry. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and technicalities. Excellent organizational and technical skills. Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills. B. Tech / B.E from an accredited college or university and technical education background with8 years+ of experience in IT Project, Program, PMO and Portfolio management or an equivalent combination of education and experience for ODC /Global Environment Overall experience of 8+ years of project / operations management Good knowledge of projects management Good experience in global project portfolio management / good business operations knowledge Preferred to have good knowledge of Agile methodology Certification: ITIL certification, Prince / PMP certification is plus Should be able to flexible for work time and work locations Why Join Us? Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Lead Automation Engineer with deep expertise in SCADA systems and industrial automation, capable of leading end-to-end project cycles. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various SCADA platforms, excellent database management skills, and strong knowledge in scripting languages. The role also demands strong leadership capabilities, as you'll be responsible for client interactions, project development, team management, and team training. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial client interaction to project development, final delivery, and post-implementation support. Work with and manage various SCADA platforms such as WinCC, Cimplicity, Aveva, Ignition, ABB, Rockwell, Zenon, and more. Supervise, guide, and train a team of engineers, ensuring successful project delivery and skill development. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide technical consultation, and manage project expectations. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and user manuals. Develop and implement automation scripts and control systems using VB Scripting, Python, and C to optimize processes. Have a strong command over SQL databases to manage, query, and integrate data with automation systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Extensive experience with SCADA platforms such as WinCC, Cimplicity, Aveva, Ignition, ABB, Rockwell, Zenon. Strong proficiency in SQL databases and database management. Proficient in VB scripting, Python, and C (knowledge in these languages will be a significant plus). Role & responsibilities Experience in the areas of computer based data processing and networking is required. This includes working with peripheral equipment such as communications lines and both wired and wireless networking equipment. The candidate should have good experience in troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware/software problems and electronic equipment installations. High level understanding of SCADA and Control System factory and site acceptance testing and documentation is required. Training on in house and industry standard devices and applications will be provided. Good knowledge of Power Systems is a requirement as the candidate will often reference Single/Three Line diagrams, complex metering schemes and AC power theory for Distributed or Transmission grids including typical power and energy related data point knowledge. The person in this role will not only work on new systems but will also support and maintain existing installations. Thorough factory and site acceptance testing and documentation is required. Training of applicable in house and industry standard devices and applications will be provided.
