Job Description

As a member of the Strategy Practice at Accenture Strategy, you will be part of a team that focuses on the CEOs" most strategic priorities. You will play a crucial role in helping clients develop strategies that combine business and technology, drive value, and shape new businesses and operating models for the future. Here are some key responsibilities you will have in this role: - Support clients in their inorganic growth agenda across the deal lifecycle, including target screening, synergy assessment, due diligence, post-merger integration, and portfolio interventions. - Lead the day-to-day execution of complex consulting projects for Private Equity and Corporate clients, covering Pre-Deal, Deal Execution, and Value Creation phases. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery to clients by collaborating effectively with the team, defining deliverables, setting deadlines, reviewing work, providing feedback, and ensuring quality control. - Support RFP discussions, prepare proposal documents, and deliver Client Orals in coordination with Accenture Bid Managers and Client Account Leads. - Contribute to the development of new assets, intellectual property, and thought leadership to enhance the team's profile and drive demand generation. - Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, mentoring activities, and attend trainings to stay updated on emerging concepts and market trends. To excel in this role, you should bring the following skills and qualifications: - A Strategic Mindset for developing innovative and fact-based strategies and operating models. - Hands-on experience working with top Private Equity or Consulting firms, advising on deal lifecycles, value creation, and portfolio scaling. - Expertise in M&A Deal Advisory, including Commercial Due Diligence, Post Merger Integration, Technology Transformation, and more. - Deep industry experience in sectors such as CMT, Financial Services, Healthcare, Consumer Goods, or Retail. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex and unstructured business challenges. - Business Acumen to drive actionable outcomes for clients based on industry trends, innovations, and disruptions. - A proven track record in selling and delivering consulting engagements. - Experience engaging with C-level executive clients, particularly CEOs and Chief Strategy Officers.,
