Job Description

Role Overview: As a Process Reinvention Manager at Accenture Strategy and Consulting, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide process reinvention by partnering with clients to identify high-impact opportunities for transformation enabled by AI, GenAI, and automation. Your role will involve shaping the reinvention roadmap, influencing C-suite priorities, and orchestrating multidisciplinary teams to translate strategy into measurable business outcomes. You will be a part of the Process Reinvention Hub practice within Strategy & Consulting, helping organizations reimagine and transform their value chains for tomorrow by leveraging AI, Lean Six Sigma, and BPM. Key Responsibilities: - Contribute to pre-sales, delivering presentations, and crafting agentic solutions - Formulate and deploy agentic & AI strategies for clients, including creating an AI blueprint and roadmap - Design governance frameworks, safety layers, and model-ops for responsible GenAI scaling - Create thought leadership on Agentic & Intelligent Automation - Develop tools and methodologies for the practical application of AI Agents, Process Mining, and process automation - Implement governance frameworks for AI/GenAI workflows ensuring transparency, accountability, and ethical compliance - Partner with change management teams to drive stakeholder alignment, training, and sustained adoption of new processes - Stay updated with key technology and industry trends Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school - Minimum 6 years of relevant consulting experience in the required domain - Minimum 6 years of proven track record as an AI automation consultant/manager - Experience with AI based automation solutions like RPA, NLP, OCR, Document Understanding, Chatbots, etc. - Solid background and understanding in AI & Intelligent Automation on Cloud - Experience deploying Intelligent Automation solutions like UI path, Microsoft Power Automate, Blue Prism, ABBYY, etc. - Industry domain experience is desirable in Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech industries - Proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks is a plus (Note: Additional details about the company were not included in the provided job description.),
