What you would do in this role Help the team architect, design, build, deploy, deliver, and monitor advanced analytics models for different insurance problems Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to understand complex business & engineering problems in insurance and translate them into data-driven solutions that deliver insights for action and operational improvements Consume data from multiple sources and present information in a crisp and digestible manner that delivers valuable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Provide coaching to junior team-members on advanced analytical concepts Professional & Technical Skills: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Who we are looking for 2-4 years of experience in data-driven techniques including exploratory data analysis and data pre-processing & machine learning to solve business problems for the Insurance Industry Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science or related fields Strong foundation in Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning algorithms including k-means clustering, linear & logistic regression, decision trees and others Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Good communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex data insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders Prior experience in the Insurance industry is mandatory Additional Information: - Opportunity to work on innovative projects. - Career growth and leadership exposure.
