S&C Global Network - AI - CMT - ML Architecture - Specialist

As a Specialist in Machine Learning Architecture Design at S&C Global Network, AI, CMT, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. You will be based in Pune, PDC2C and be responsible for providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments of the organization's ML maturity, identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. You will provide strategic recommendations to enhance the overall ML capability and align it with business objectives. Additionally, you will develop ML Ops roadmaps and establish robust processes for the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including data preparation, model training, deployment, and monitoring. One of your key responsibilities will be leading the design and implementation of state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions, leveraging deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. You will drive innovation in Gen AI, staying abreast of the latest advancements and incorporating cutting-edge technologies into solutions. Furthermore, you will proactively identify opportunities for ML and / or Gen AI applications within the organization and work closely with cross-functional teams to incubate and design bespoke ML solutions tailored to business requirements. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership and mentorship to data scientists, engineers, and other team members. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. To excel in this role, you should have relevant experience in the required domain, strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proven expertise in conducting ML maturity assessments, developing ML Ops roadmaps, and hands-on experience in operationalizing machine learning systems on cloud and / or On-Prem platforms are essential. Additionally, proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch, good knowledge of ML Ops best practices and processes, and experience in implementing Generative AI solutions will be advantageous.
