The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and delivery management within a product engineering environment. Ability to think strategically , with a structured approach to solving complex organizational challenges. Strong business acumen – experience in account mining, pre-sales, and supporting commercial growth. Excellent communication and listening skills – ability to engage at senior levels, both internally and with clients. Demonstrated initiative and innovation – history of bringing new ideas to scale teams or services. Deep understanding of talent strategy , especially in building capabilities for long-term delivery success. Preferably familiar with or having experience working in/with GCC models or similar offshore delivery constructs. Hands-on technical experience in coding ( Java , C# , Angular, .net core etc) Preferred Background: 15+ years in IT delivery, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Exposure to both delivery and commercial functions. Experience across domains, with the flexibility to adapt and scale in new areas. Strong stakeholder management and executive presence.
